- We process orders from Saturday through to Thursday (except public holidays). We endeavour to dispatch your order on the same working day as long as the order is received on our system before 5.00 PM and the item you ordered is in stock. This may not be practically possible during busy periods or on particularly busy days.
- We primarily use our own delivery services Inside Dhaka City and fastest delivery option offered by Steadfast Courier. Our best try is to deliver your parcel within one or two working days, In sha Allah, though we do stress this is a general statement and not a guarantee.
